• The Octa cone Blender Machine manufactured by us at SMP is entirely suitable for the mixing of granular products.
• The machine also offers flexibility of operation as well as easy cleaning and maintenance. 
• This Machine has been developed for mixing of various types of granular products.
• The machine is efficient and versatile used in mixing and Lubrication processes on various industries.
• Some of the main industries of use include pharmaceutical production, food industries, chemical processing and also making of cosmetic products. 
• Octa cone Blender equipment has an octa cone shaped body with a rectangular central portion.
• It is equipped with baffles that enable fast and efficient mixing as rapid charging and discharge ports with suitable butterfly valves.
• The equipment is highly suitable for areas where gentle blending of dry granules of powder is required. 

OPERATION:

• The octa cone blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and Imbrication process of dry granules homogeneously.
• Two third of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The octagon blender machine gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container.
• It can be used for pharmaceutical, food chemical and cosmetic products ety.
• In octagonal the granules come from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of rpm is less.
• Suitable mainly for crystalline & granular type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement due to their shape if container have only slow movement and will results in good quality of blinding / Imbrication of granules.
